Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other leaders today paid homage to P V Narasimha Rao on his sixth death anniversary. A prayer meeting was organised in the memory of the Congress leader, the architect of economic reforms undertaken in the country during his tenure as Prime Minister.Besides Dr Singh, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah and Congress leader M S Bitta were among those who attended the prayer meeting at Andhra Bhawan in New Delhi this evening.
