Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized the importance of continuous innovation and enhancement of administrative capacities and processes. The Prime Minister said this while interacting with about 100 senior IAS officers of Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary rank, participating in a mid-career training programme.<br/><br/>Mr. Modi spoke about the importance of judicious use of technology and infrastructure in administration and also mentioned his interaction with various Ministries and State Governments through the PRAGATI platform. He asked officers to work with mutual team spirit and trust.<br/><br/>During the interaction, the officers shared their experiences in areas including development works, agriculture, inflation, public health, social welfare and skill development.
