Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated President Pranab Mukherjee on the completion of his three years in office. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, the country has greatly benefited from Mr Mukherjee's rich experience and wisdom.<br/><br/>On the occasion, the President will host a dinner tonight for the Council of Ministers and other dignitaries.
