Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Mr K.P. Sharma Oli on being elected as the new Prime Minister of Nepal. Mr Modi spoke to his Nepalese counterpart and said that he looks forward to work closely with him. According to a release issued by External Affairs Ministry, Mr Modi expressed hope that Mr Oli will carry all sections of the society along so that there is peace and stability in the country. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said, India is confident that the Government of Nepal will address the remaining political issues confronting the country in a spirit of dialogue and reconciliation. Mr Modi also invited Mr Oli to visit India.
