Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated ISRO for the successful launch of India's latest communication satellite GSAT-15 from the spaceport of Kourou in French Guiana. Mr Modi congratulated ISRO in a tweet Wednesday night.<br/> <br/>Seeking to augment telecommunication, Direct-To-Home and radio navigation services, GSAT-15 was injected into the intended Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit about 43 minutes after a perfect lift-off of Ariane spacecraft early Wednesday morning.
