Prime Minister Narendra Modi today urged the entire opposition to ensure smooth functioning of Parliament during the Budget session. Addressing media outside Parliament this morning, Mr Modi called for constructive debate on all issues. <br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, talks were held with different political parties ahead of the session. He also invited parties to debate the general budget. He said a new tradition will begin as the general budget will be presented earlier and will incorporate the Rail budget too.<br/><br/>Earlier, Information and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu said there is no need to politicize the presentation of budget as it is a regular exercise.
