A prominent Baloch leader has said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi understands the pain of people of Balochistan. <br/><br/>Speaking at a function in New Delhi on Saturday, Mazdak Dilshad Baloch expressed satisfaction with the Indian response to the Baloch appeal for help for the first time in 70 years. <br/><br/>He said, Mr Modi's Independence Day speech had played a major role in spreading awareness about atrocities of the Pakistani State on Balochistan. <br/><br/>He said, even an autowallah asks him whether he is the same Baloch, Mr Modi spoke about. The Baloch leader said, since August 15, he has had many such encounters. <br/><br/>Mr Mazdak also took a dig at Pakistan over the recent surgical strikes of the Indian Army on terror launchpads in PoK and the subsequent denial of the Pakistani civilian and military leadership of the same, saying everyone knows who staged the attack on the Army base at Uri in Kashmir.
