Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jammu and Kashmir today. He will address a rally at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium in Srinagar. Mr Modi will inaugurate the 450 Mega Watt Baglihar Hydro Electric Power Project Stage-II at Ramban. He will also lay the foundation stone for four-laning of Udhampur-Ramban and Ramban-Banihal section of National Highway 44 at Chanderkote Ramban and address a gathering there. The Prime Minister is also expected to announce a development package for the state that includes rehabilitation package for September 2014 flood affected people. Elaborate security arrangements have already been put in place across Kashmir valley in view of Prime Minister's visit.
