Prime Minister Narendra Modi will pay floral tributes and also release a book titled Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Parliament : A Commemorative Volume on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee tomorrow. This book, published by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, highlights the life and works of Vajpayee ji and contains notable speeches that were delivered by him in  Parliament. <br />''<br />''The book also contains some rare photographs from Atal Bihari Vajpayee's public life.
