Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has reached Gangtok to inaugurate the Pakyong airport tomorrow.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was welcomed by Sikkim Governor Ganga Prasad , Chief Minister&nbsp; Pawan Chamling, Union Minister of State,&nbsp; DONER,&nbsp; Dr Jitendra Singh, Union Minister for Civil Aviation Suresh Prabhu and other dignitaries this evening.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Pakyong airport about 30 kilometers from the state capital Gangtok is going to be 100th operational airport in the country.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Besides bringing Sikkim on the country's aviation map, this green field airport will also facilitate regional connectivity through the government's Udan scheme.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The first commercial flight from Pakyong airport is scheduled to be operated on 4th of next month.&nbsp;</span><br />
