<br/><br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate 8th Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit 2017 at Mahatma Mandir in Gadhinagar today. This year's biennial flagship event will host prime ministers, presidents, deputy Prime Ministers and ministers of several countries apart from CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. <br/><br/><br/>Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta, President of Rwanda Paul Kagame, Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa, Russia's deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin and France's foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault will participate in the Summit along with other dignitaries.<br/><br/>Prime Minister will chair Global CEOs Conclave- which will be attended by world's top CEOs. Bertrand-Marc Allen of Boeing International, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem of DP World group, Cisco System's John Chambers are prominent among them.<br/><br/> Indian business personalities like Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Gautam Adani, Vishal Sikka and Pankaj Patel will also attend the Global CEOs' Conclave. The summit aims to provide a platform to debate global economic and social issues on the lines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos. Large delegations from 12 partner countries of Vibrant Gujarat including the US, the UK, France, Australia & Canada are also attending the summit.<br/><br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that for the first time, eight Nobel Laureates will interact with youth during the "Nobel Dialogue" as a part of summit. Keeping with the tradition, the state government has lined up more than 21 thousand MoUs to be signed during the summit. <br/><br/>The investment commitment is expected to reach at 30 lakh crore rupees, the highest among all summits held so far. Apart from the country-specific seminars featuring several nations, sessions on goods and services tax (GST), Make in Gujarat, MSMEs, smart and livable cities, innovation, startups and entrepreneurship will be major attractions. <br/><br/><br/>In an unique experiment, this time action seminars have been organized to increase the active participation of the audience. Summit will end on Friday with B2B and B2G meetings.<br/>
