Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with full Council of Ministers tomorrow. During the meeting, progress of different flagship schemes and development initiatives taken by the government are expected to come up for discussion.<br/><br/>This would be the first meeting of the full council after BJP's massive victory in the UP and Uttarakhand assembly elections.
