Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his parliamentary constituency Varanasi today. Mr Modi will attend a function to flag off a new luxury express train 'Mahamana ? Express' named after Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya. The train will run thrice a week between Varan?asi via Jaunpur, Lucknnow to Delhi? from both sides. <br/><br/>Later, the Prime Minister will distribute artificial limbs, tricycles and other equipment to differently-abled people? in his constituency?. Thereafter, he will reach Lucknow to attend three functions including convocation of the Bhimrao Ambedkar University, distribution of e-rickshaws and visit to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Mahasabha.
