In a tweet, Mr. Modi said that the outreach with BIMSTEC leaders is significant and he expressed hope to tap the huge potential for cooperation and the dividends it will bring. <br/><br/>The BIMSTEC meet could unveil a roadmap for a regional Motor Vehicles Agreement to ensure connectivity among South Asian and Southeast Asian nations. The meet also hopes to adopt a declaration on countering international and cross-border terror, especially after the recent Uri attacks.
