<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be attending the swearing ceremony to be held in Shillong tomorrow while the Meghalaya Democratic Alliance will form the next government in the State.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' National Peoples Party Chief Conrad K Sangma will be taking the oath of office as Chief Minister of Meghalaya for the second time tomorrow. He successfully led his party to a victory bagging 26 of the 59 seats in the recently held election and garnered the support from over 45 members of different parties to form the Government.&nbsp; He said in Shillong today that the alliance in Meghalaya will be called as – Meghalaya Democratic Alliance 2.0 and he will serve as the chairman of the alliance. He also said eight berths in the Meghalaya cabinet will go to his party, NPP while two will be given to the United Democratic Party (UDP) and one each to the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Hill State People's Democratic Party.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''He said the Cabinet will be of 12 members and all agreed as the partners are the same and decided to elect the Chief Minister as the Chairman of the MDA-2 as well. He added that all the regions in the state will have equal representation in the cabinet. He also urged the political parties of the state to work for Meghalaya with &quot;positive mindset&quot;. Meanwhile, Mr. Sangma called on State Governor Phagu Chauhan and submitted letters of support from UDP and others for the NPP to form the government.</span><br />
