Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two day visit to Gujarat from this evening. In a series of tweets, Prime Minister Mr. Modi shared details of his two-day visit to Gujarat and Dadra Nagar Haveli.<br/><br/>He also expressed gratitude to all those participating in various programs in connection with his visit. In one of his tweets, Prime Minister has said that visiting the vibrant city of Surat is a matter of great joy.<br/> <br/>Apart from his grand welcome at Surat Airport and reception during the huge road show this evenving, Prime Minister has very hectic schedule on tomorrow. <br/><br/>Mr. Modi will inaugurate a multi-speciality hospital at Katargam and a diamond manufacturing unit at Ichhapore in Surat tomorrow morning. In another program at Bajipura near Surat, Mr. Modi will inaugurate SUMUL Dairy cattle feed plant and lay foundation stone for other projects. He will lay the foundation stone of various irrigation schemes & inaugurate a drinking water supply scheme that will benefit the people living in Tapi district.<br/><br/>In Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Prime Minister will inaugurate government projects & distribute sanction letters to beneficiaries of various Govt. initiatives. <br/><br/>During the last leg of his visit, Prime Minister will go to Botad to dedicate the phase 1 – of Link 2 of Saurashtra Narmada Avtaran Irrigation – SAUNI Yojana to the nation. Prime Minister will also lay foundation stone of Phase 2 of Link 2 of SAUNI Yojana before leaving for Delhi.
