Elaborate arrangements have been made in capital as the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the Nation for the first time and hoist National Flag from the ramparts of the Red Fort in Delhi.

Around 10,000 security personnel from the Delhi Police and the paramilitary forces will keep a hawk-eyed vigil at Red Fort and the area surrounding it during the Independence Day celebrations tomorrow. All India Radio will broadcast the Prime Minister's Address to the Nation from 7.05 AM onwards.
