Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address Kisan rally in Belgaum today afternoon. He will be arriving in Belgaum, as part of his tour to address the needs of farmers and tell them about Prime Minister Fasal Bima Yojana, the new crop insurance scheme launched by his Government. <br/><br/>Elaborate security arrangements are made to coincide with this visit of Prime Minister to the city. <br/><br/>The venue near Shigoan in Angadi Technical Institute College grounds will be secured by around 6000 police personnel and watch will be kept with the help of CCTV cameras. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, various organizations working in the field of agriculture and drinking water have organized protests in Belgaum today seeking various relief from the Central Government.
