Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the annual conference of DGPs and IGPs at the BSF Academy in Tekanpur, Madhya Pradesh today. <br/><br/>Over 250 top police officers from all over the country are taking part in the three-day conference, which began yesterday. <br/><br/>Mr Modi will also join the concluding session of the meeting tomorrow.
