In reply to a tweet by his Israeli counterpart, Mr. Modi said that people all over India mark this festival with great vibrancy. Mr. Modi also wished him and the people of Israel a Happy Purim. Mr. Netanhayu had extended greetings to Mr. Modi and the people of India on the occasion of Holi.</span><br />
