Prime Minister Narendra Modi today took up the issue of killing of an Indian-origin bus driver in Brisbane with his Australian counterpart Malcolm Turnbull. Mr. Modi called up Mr Turnbull and conveyed the concern being felt in India over the brutal killing of Manmeet Alisher. <br/><br/>The Australian Prime Minister expressed shock at the incident and conveyed that the matter is being investigated. A 29-year-old Indian-origin bus driver was reportedly burnt to death on Friday when a man hurled an incendiary device at him in front of several shocked passengers in Brisbane. <br/>During the conversation, Mr. Modi wished the Australian Prime Minister on the occasion of Diwali. He also reiterated his invitation to Mr Turnbull for a visit to India next year.
