Mr.&nbsp; Modi also exchanged thoughts with Prime Minister of Bhutan, Dr. Lotay Tshering on the evolving COVID-19 situation in the region.&nbsp; Prime Minister Modi &nbsp;said the King and Lyonchhen are leading Bhutan's efforts admirably.&nbsp; Mr. Modi added that India will stand by its &nbsp;close friend and neighbour in fighting the effects of the pandemic.</span><br />
