Prime Minister Narendra Modi took stock of the prevailing flood situation in Bihar. Mr. Modi yesterday held discussion with Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh about ongoing relief and rescue operations in the state. <br/><br/>Sources said that Mr. Singh apprised about steps are being taken for flood victims. Prime Minister assured all possible help in the mitigation of flood furry in the state.
