<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the work done by Lourembam Bino Devi in the field of art and Thounaojam Niranjoy for breaking the world record in fitness.&nbsp;In Mann Ki Baat programme on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi said that the 77 year old Lourembam Bino Devi of Manipur has been conserving the textile art of the state for decades. Bino Devi has been awarded Padma Shri this year for her contribution to art by the government. She is a resident of Singjamei in Imphal West District. Speaking to AIR News, Mrs Bino Devi said that our traditional culture is diminishing day by day, so all of us need to work hard to conserve our art and culture. She&nbsp;said, she&nbsp;is happy that her work has been recognised by the government and the Prime Minister.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Twenty four year old Thounaojam Niranjoy of Manipur made a world record by doing 109 knuckle push ups with one hand in a minute. Prime Minister Modi said that the achievement of Niranjoy Singh will inspire everyone to make physical fitness a part of life.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">While speaking to AIR News, Niranjoy said, he is glad that the Prime Minister has recognised his achievement. He said, youth of the country can achieve such record in any sporting event with full determination.</span>
