Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tributes to social reformer Savitribai Phule on her birth anniversary today. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Savitribai Phule's life was devoted to the empowerment of the poor and marginalised and she gave utmost importance to education and social reform.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, the government is deeply guided by her ideals and are working tirelessly towards fulfilling her vision.
