Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid homage to the people who lost their lives in Hiroshima bombings, during second World War, on its 70th anniversary. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, the bombings remind of the horrors of war and its effect on the humanity. He said, the solutions to humanity lie in peace and progress. The Prime Minister called on people to walk shoulder to shoulder to create a peaceful world, free from violence.<br/><br/>Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe today thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for expressing solidarity with the people of Japan on the Hiroshima Day. Mr. Abe said he deeply appreciates Indian people's solidarity for Hiroshima. He urged to continue to work together for the cause of world peace. Mr Abe tweeted the appreciation on his Twitter account in response to Mr Modi's message of tribute to the millions who passed away 70 years ago in an atomic bomb dropped this day during World War-II.
