Prime Minister Narendra Modi and visiting Omani Foreign Affairs Minister Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah have exchanged views on close ties between the two countries that are making progress in diverse areas. Mr. Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah called on Mr. Modi in New Delhi today. Mr. Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah carried the greetings of Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said. Prime Minister in turn conveyed his esteemed greetings to Sultan of Oman.<br/>Earlier, Omani Foreign Affairs Minister also called on Vice President, M. Hamid Ansari. He also held talks with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on bilateral, regional and other issues of mutual interest.
