Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said quality of life improves with good infrastructure. Speaking after laying the foundation stone for three highway projects at Haryana's Sonepat, Mr Modi said development is possible where infrastructure is good. He said good infrastructure has the potential to transform nations. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said there are so many districts not connected with a national highway but Bharat Mala project will change that. He said the government is making attempts to transform the railways by increasing speed, extension, expansion and better stations.
