Prime Minister Narendra Modi today layed the foundation stone for two key projects – an All India Institute of Medical Sciences at Changsari in Kamrup district and an extended campus of Indian Council for Agricultural Research at Gogamukh in Dhemaji district of Assam.<br/><br/>Addressing a rally, the Prime Minister said, new technology should enrich the fields. He said, benefits of government's policies should culminate in betterment of farmers' earnings. He recalled his government's commitment to doubling their incomes by 2022.
