Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has launched SC/ST hub at Ludhiana today for the welfare of SC/ST entrepreneurs. <br/><br/>He also gave away awards to about 250 MSME entrepreneurs.<br/><br/> Mr Modi also launched zero effect zero defect scheme for manufacturers.Prime Minister also distributed 500 spinning wheels to women weaker sections of Punjab. <br/><br/>Addressing the entrepreneurs on this occasion he stressed the need to give importance to standardization and quality in quality in manufacturing to compete in the world.<br/><br/>Appreciating the achievements in manufacturing and service sector Mr. Modi said due to this India is growing despite recession in the world since 2008.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched the national SC/ST hub and zero effect on environment scheme for MSME sector in Ludhiana, Punjab. This hub has been set up under Prime Minister's Employment Generation scheme to provide support to entrepreneurs from the SC/ST community. <br/><br/>Mr. Modi will also present national MSME awards to 225 industrialists. He will also distribute 150 spinning wheels to the women of weaker sections to make them able to earn their livelihood. The Prime Minister will also visit an industrial exhibition in the city.
