Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited French companies to take advantage of the improving business climate and growing investment opportunities in India. <br/><br/>Mr Modi extended the invitation during a meeting in New Delhi yesterday with President of Movement of the Enterprises of France, MEDEF, Pierre Gattaz. The MEDEF is the largest employer of federation of France. <br/><br/>During the meeting, Mr. Modi noted that France is one of India's top ten sources of Foreign Direct Investment. <br/>The Prime Minister also recalled his visit to France in April 2015 during which he had interacted with a number of French business leaders. <br/><br/>He appreciated the invaluable contribution of business leaders from both countries in strengthening the bilateral ties between India and France over the years. <br/><br/>Mr. Gattaz briefed the Prime Minister about growing trade and investment relations between the two countries.
