PM Modi Highlights BJP's Commitment and Development Initiatives in Tamil Nadu Rally

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader Narendra Modi has said that the BJP led NDA alliance has been committed to serve the people of the Country and the INDIA alliance is losing its popularity. Beginning the two day visit at a public meeting at Palladam in Tiruppur district this afternoon, Mr. Modi remembered the yatra that he led during 1991 from Tamilnadu to Lal Chowk in Srinagar. He said that the Modi guarantee scheme was beneficial to all the sections of the society and had contributed for upliftment of the poor. He said that he loved and respected the Tamil language and the Tamil people, which made him start the Kashi Tamil Sangamam, installation of Sengol in Parliament, providing two defence corridors and providing Two lakh Crore rupees under the Mudra Scheme and also providing houses to three and a half crore people under the Prime Minister's Awaas Yojana. He said that the guarantee scheme will be extended further.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Mr. Modi told that 40 lakh women had benefited from the LPG Cylinder scheme. He said that the Government had reached to the nook and corner of the Country through the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. Remembering the former Chief Minister M.G. Ramachandran, he said that MGR provided good quality education and other welfare schemes for the benefit of the people and former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had followed his footsteps by providing good governance. He said that DMK and Congress, which were in alliance for ten years, were not bothered about the people but were interested in corruption. He said that the INDIA alliance is failing and people would reject them as they did not provide a Government which was interested in the development of the Country. He accused them of spreading lies and misinformation about him and the Government. He said that the En Man En makkal Yatra by the State BJP Unit President K. Annamalai was very successful and the results of which could be seen in today's crowd.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Speaking at the meeting , Union minister of State for Information and Broadcasting L. Murugan said that it was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who took Tamil language to the global stage in UN and protected the interest of the people of Tamilnadu.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, the Prime Minister after arriving from the helicopter came in an open jeep flanked by State BJP President K. Annamalai and Union Minister of State Dr. L. Murugan. The entrance to the meeting was in the shape of the new Parliament and the dias was designed as lotus. The Prime Minister was given a 65 kilo garland made of turmeric by the Turmeric Merchants Association at Erode. The representatives of the alliance partners of the BJP were seated on the dias along with the Prime Minister.</span></p>
