<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Ministry on Monday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the decision to send special envoys to four neighbouring nations of Ukraine.<br />''<br />'' Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will be going to Romania, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju will go to Slovakia, Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Puri will go to Hungary and Mos for Civil Aviation Gen VK Singh will go to Poland. Mr. Scindia will also oversee the evacuation process in Moldova. These special envoys will coordinate and oversee the evacuation process on the ground.<br />'' <br />'' On evacuation efforts, the spokesperson said the situation on the ground continues to be complex and fluid. Despite all the challenges, he said India has been able to accelerate the evacuation process in the last 24 hours. He said that over 8000 Indian nationals have left Ukraine since the issue of the initial advisories. Six evacuation flights have landed in India bringing back around 1400 Indian nationals, four from Bucharest and two from Budapest.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Bagchi there has been improvement on the movement to Poland and Romania. He said the Ministry is expanding evacuation process through the Hungary border. A new route has also been opened through Moldova. An MEA team reached Moldova this morning and will assist in the evacuation through Romania. This new route should help Indians in southern Ukraine. Mr Bagchi said they are encouraging Indian nationals to move to western Ukraine.<br />'' <br />'' The spokesperson emphasised that people should not reach the border directly to avoid long waiting times. On flights, he said new flights are being added based on demand. Over the next 24 hours, three more flights are scheduled. Two of these flights will be from Bucharest to Delhi and Mumbai and one another flight will come from Budapest to Delhi. He said flights are not the constraint and more flights will be added. He said strength of Embassies is also being augmented. He also said that under Operation Ganga, no one is paying any airfare at all.<br />''<br />''Replying to a query, Mr Bagchi said India will send humanitarian aid including medicines to Ukraine.&nbsp;</span><br />
