PM Modi greets people of Vietnam on their National Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended his greetings to the people of Vietnam. <br/><br/>In a facebook post Mr Modi said Vietnam is a friendly nation with whom we cherish our relationship. <br/><br/>Before leaving on a two nation tour to Vietnam and China today, Mr Modi said, he will reach Hanoi in Vietnam this evening, marking the start of a very important visit that will further cement the close bond between India and Vietnam. <br/><br/>He said his government attaches a high priority to bilateral relations with Vietnam. The India-Vietnam partnership will benefit Asia and the rest of the world he said. He writes in Vietnam, he will have the opportunity to pay homage to Ho Chi Minh, one of 20th century's tallest leaders.<br/> <br/>Mr Modi said during his visit to Hangzhou, China for the Annual G-20 Leaders Summit he will have an opportunity to engage with other world leaders on pressing international priorities and challenges.
