Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended condolences to Russia over the death of its soldiers in an air crash. <br/><br/>In a Tweet, he said India joins in mourning the tragic loss of lives of Russian servicemen in the air crash today. A Russian military plane with 92 people onboard crashed earlier today and there were no signs of any survivors. The plane was on its way to Syria. The passengers included dozens of Red Army Choir members heading to celebrate the New Year with troops.
