Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended his best wishes to all the teams taking part in the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Modi said, the world cup will be a treat for football lovers. The match will be kicked off today with four opening day matches to be played in Delhi and Mumbai. This is the first time that India is participating in a FIFA World Cup.
