Prime Minister Narendra Modi has hoped that Budget session will be productive and constructive debate will take place in Parliament. Talking to media outside Parliament this morning, Mr Modi exuded confidence that extensive discussion will be there on issues of people during the session. The Prime Minister said, there should be strong criticism of the government and its shortcoming be highlighted so that democracy in the country can be strengthened.
