<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the passing away of the Minister in the Uttarakhand Government,  Chandan Ram Dass. In a tweet, Mr Modi said that he made a noteworthy contribution to the development of Uttarakhand and served the people with great diligence. The Prime Minister also expressed his condolences to the  family and supporters of Chandan Ram Dass.</span><br />
