Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, he is deeply pained by the accident at the NTPC plant in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. <br/><br/>In a series of tweets, Mr Modi said, his thoughts are with the bereaved families. He also wished for a quick recovery to those injured. <br/><br/>The Prime Minister also said, the situation is being closely monitored and officials are ensuring that normalcy is restored.<br/><br/>Congress President Sonia Gandhi has also extended her condolences. She urged upon the authorities to provide immediate medical assistance to the injured.
