Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed concern over disruption in proceedings in both Houses of Parliament. <br/><br/>Speaking at an event in New Delhi, Mr Modi said, democracy cannot function at the whims and fancies of anyone. The Prime Minister said, people only talk about GST but there are also several other measures for the poor that are pending in Parliament. Mr Modi said, the government wants to make India's development journey a Jan Andolan and everyone must feel he or she is working for India's progress.
