The Prime Minister said that the war veteran will be remembered for his service to our nation and the great courage he had shown at a crucial point in nation's history. Mr Modi added that his prayers are with Singh's family in this hour of sadness.<br />'' <br />'' Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has condoled the demise of 1971 India-Pakistan war veteran Naik (Retd.) Bhairon Singh. Terming Bhairon Singh as a brave warrior of the Longewala battle, the Minister said that his gallantry will remain indelible in the country's military history.<br />'' <br />'' Remembering Bhairon Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah said that the flame of love and patriotism in his heart for the motherland was truly unique.
