Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated filmmaker K Vishwanath on being conferred the Dada Saheb Phalke award. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Mr Vishwanath has distinguished himself as an outstanding filmmaker.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister also congratulated all who were conferred with the National Film Awards. Mr Modi said, people of India are proud of their creativity and contribution to cinema.
