PM Modi , Cong Prez Sonia Gandhi kick start poll campaign in Haryana

In Haryana, the election campaigning has picked up pace with national leaders like Prime Minister Narendera Modi and Congress president Sonia Gandhi kick-starting their election campaign for the forthcoming vidhan sabha elections from Haryana.

On Saturday Haryana witnessed three rallies addressed by BJP senior most leader Prime Minister Modi at Karnal and by Congress President Sonia Gandhi at Meham and Sirsa.

Modi in his address sought a clear mandate for the BJP in Haryana and in return promised overall development of the state. He criticized the Congress led state government for lagging behind in several parameters.

Cabinet Ministers, Sushma Swaraj and Rajnath Singh also held public meeting at different constituencies to boost the moral of their party candidates and seek votes for BJP.

On the other hand addressing rallies, Sonia Gandhi emphasized on the developmental works done by the UPA Government in last ten years and appealed the voters to elect Congress for the third time also.

While other political party leaders are actively campaigning in the State.
