Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed anguish at the demise of the Speaker of Nagaland's Assembly, Er. Vikho-o Yhoshu. <br />'' <br />'' In a tweet, Mr Modi said Yhoshu was a diligent leader who devoted his life towards the progress of Nagaland. The Prime Minister said, his thoughts are with the bereaved family and supporters.<br />
