<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief on the demise of author Anand Shankar Pandya. In a tweet, Mr. Modi said, Anand Shankar Pandya Ji was a prolific author and public intellectual who wrote extensively on history, public policy, and spirituality. PM said he was passionate about India's growth. Mr. Modi said, he was active in the VHP and worked selflessly towards social service. The Prime Minister said, his mind goes back to the many interactions he had with Mr. Pandya. He said it was a delight to hear from him several anecdotes of his interactions with great freedom fighters and insights on issues. Mr. Modi also spoke to the family of Anand Shankar Pandya and expressed condolences on his demise. </span><br />
