Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin over telephone and expressed deepest condolences on loss of lives in St Petersburg blast. <br/><br/>A blast on a subway train in the Russian city of St. Petersburg had killed at least nine people and injured about 20 others. The explosion was occurred inside a train that was near Sennaya Ploshchad Station.
