Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi alone can help the people of the state in the ongoing troubling circumstances.<br/><br/>She said, any decision by Prime Minister regarding Kashmir would be acceptable to the whole nation.
