Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked BJP members to ensure their presence in Parliament amid lack of quorum in both the Houses.<br/><br/>At party's parliamentary party meeting in New Delhi this morning, Mr Modi said, attending Parliament is MP's basic responsibility. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar had reportedly talked about incidents of lack of quorum in both the Houses.<br/><br/>A member told PTI that Prime Minister told the members that he can call anyone at any time.<br/><br/>Earlier, Prime Minister asked BJP MPs to spread awareness about the BHIM app, a digital payment application, and the benefits of GST at the grass root level through Gram Panchayats. Mr Modi also asked them to reach out to small traders and workers, like washermen, to popularise Bhim app, saying it can help them make a lot of people financially more capable.<br/><br/>Quoting Prime Minister, Mr Ananth Kumar said, there will be a massive campaign to popularize the BHIM app among the masses on the 14th of April to mark the birth anniversary of Bhim Rao Ambedkar.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister also referred to the roadmap for development at the meeting. Mr Modi asked the BJP members to participate in Swachh Bharat campaign on the foundation day of the BJP on the 6th of April.
