Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi arrived in Gangtok this afternoon on a two-day visit to Sikkim. The Prime Minister will address the valedictory session of the National Conference on Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The session is in progress. The conference was inaugurated by the Union Minister for Agriculture Shri Radha Mohan Singh yesterday.<br/><br/>
