The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam a short while ago from now. The senior government functionaries of the Vietnamese government and Indian Ambassador in Vietnam P. Harish along with other officials welcomed Prime Minister at Nai Bai International Airport. Hundreds of Indian and local school children's taking national flag of both the countries in their hands were also present at airport. <br/><br/>Prime Minister Modi will have quite busy schedule throughout the day tomorrow and the Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc would hold a banquet lunch at International Convention Centre in the honour of visiting Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the fourth Indian Prime Minister to visit Vietnam during past about 50 years. He will be given guard of honour and ceremonial welcome by the Vietnamese government tomorrow morning. <br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi would begin his day in the morning by paying homage to national heroes and martyrs at their monuments. Later both the sides will hold bilateral talks focused on various issues especially cooperation in defence, solar energy and some other sectors. A joint statement will also be issued after deliberations. <br/><br/>Mr Modi will also meet the President of Vietnam, Tran Dai Quang, the General Secretary of the Communist Party, Nguyen Phu Trong; and the Chairperson of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. After that Prime Minister Modi will leave for Chinese city of Hangzhou tomorrow to participate in G 20 Summit meeting. About the G-20 Summit, Mr Modi said that he will have an opportunity to engage with other world leaders on pressing international priorities and challenges. <br/><br/>He said, leaders will discuss putting the global economy on the track of sustainable steady growth and responding to emerging and entrenched social, security and economic challenges. The Prime Minister will return to New Delhi on Monday.
